Refund and cancellation policy

German Events NYC is operated by Ben Shaw, an individual sole proprietor. Contact hello@germaneventsnyc.com.

1. German Events NYC is free

The guide, saved events, newsletter and community accounts are free. German Events NYC does not sell tickets or offer a direct checkout. There is no payment to refund for using these features.

2. Tickets and registrations

Payments made to an independent event organiser, ticket platform or venue are governed by that seller’s terms and applicable law. Request cancellations or refunds from the seller that took your payment. Saving an event on German Events NYC is not a booking or registration.

3. Help and corrections

If a listing contains an incorrect ticket link or cancellation status, contact hello@germaneventsnyc.com. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

4. Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply by law. This policy takes effect on September 23, 2026.
